About YTT Global YTT Global is a fast-growing IT staffing and consulting startup redefining how businesses connect with top technology talent. We operate lean, move fast, and give our team the ownership to build something meaningful. As an early team member, you won't just fill a role, you'll help shape the foundation of our recruitment practice. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior IT Bench Sales Recruiter who owns the full bench sales cycle end to end, from identifying and marketing consultants to closing placements with direct clients and tier-1 vendors. You bring deep knowledge of working with H1B, OPT, CPT, and Green Card candidates, understand the compliance nuances that come with each visa type, and know how to move fast without cutting corners. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. As we scale, the right person will grow into a team lead and help hire and mentor the next generation of our bench sales team. What You'll Do Market active and upcoming bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to direct clients, implementation partners, and tier-1 vendors Identify and qualify new client accounts; build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement contacts, and vendor managers. Source job requirements from client portals, job boards, and direct outreach and match them to bench consultants based on skills, visa status, availability, and rate expectations. Negotiate bill rates and pay rates; manage submissions, interviews, and offer closures. Manage the end-to-end placement lifecycle: submission → interview coordination → offer negotiation → onboarding handoff Maintain daily communication with bench consultants — understand their skills, update resumes, coach them on interviews, and manage their expectations on timelines Track all activity in the ATS/CRM; maintain clean pipeline records and weekly reporting on submissions, interviews, and placements Stay current on prevailing wages, H1B transfer timelines, OPT/STEM extensions, and GC sponsorship implications as they affect placement decisions Contribute to building internal SOPs, email templates, and vendor lists as we scale the practice Be ready to step into a team lead role — hiring, onboarding, and coaching junior bench sales recruiters as the team grows What You Bring 3–6 years of IT bench sales experience in a US staffing environment Proven track record of placements across H1B transfers, OPT/STEM, GC, and USC candidates Strong existing network of direct clients and/or tier-1 vendor contacts Deep understanding of US IT consulting: common tech stacks, contract types (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099), and how bench sales pipelines work Experience negotiating bill rates and closing placements independently Comfortable working in a startup environment — no large support team, no hand-holding, high autonomy Strong written and verbal communication; professional and persuasive in client-facing interactions Familiarity with tools like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/CRM platforms Nice to Have Experience building and managing a small bench sales team Existing relationships with Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, or other large implementation partners Understanding of MSP/VMS environments and how to navigate them Why Join YTT Global Ground-floor opportunity — your work directly shapes how we grow Clear path to a leadership role as the team scales Competitive base + uncapped commission structure Remote-first, flexible schedule Work directly with founders — no layers of bureaucracy
We're building world-class products. We need a designer who thinks that way, today, and in 10 years. Who we're looking for A passionate, design-thinking-first designer who starts with the problem, not the pixels. You understand people, you sweat the details, and you believe great design is the difference between a product people tolerate and one they love. You want a career in design, not just an internship. What you'll do Lead design thinking workshops and problem framing sessions alongside product and leadership. Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, from whiteboard to dev handoff in Figma. Run user research: interviews, usability tests, surveys — and translate findings into sharp design decisions. Design website pages and landing experiences optimized for clarity, conversion, and craft. Create marketing design assets, social, email, banners, campaign visuals, that feel intentional at every pixel. Map user journeys, define personas, and surface insights that reshape how we build. Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, patterns, and standards that scale. What you bring Design thinking as a practice — empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test. You don't skip steps. Figma mastery — components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and clean handoff specs. A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your output. Case studies over pretty pictures. Visual craft — strong instincts for typography, hierarchy, colour, and spatial composition. User research fluency — you know how to ask the right questions and what to do with the answers. Cross-functional communication — you can present design rationale clearly to engineers, PMs, and execs. Relentless curiosity — you study design the way athletes study their sport. Skills & tools Figma, Design thinking, User research, Usability testing, User journey, mapping, Information architecture, User flows, Wire framing, Responsive design, Prototyping, Website design, Marketing design, Design systems,Persona development, Visual design, Accessibility, (WCAG), A/B testing, HTML/CSS basics. What you get Work that ships — real products, real users, real portfolio material. Mentorship from senior designers who care about craft as much as you do. Ownership — not a support role. You'll lead design on real initiatives. A front-row seat to how world-class products are built from the ground up after the completion of this internship.
About the role: We're looking for a curious, driven Technology Intern to join our team and contribute across a wide range of initiatives. This isn't a sideline role, you'll work directly with leadership, touch real production systems, and help shape how we think about and build technology. If you're eager to learn fast and leave a footprint, this is your opportunity. What you'll do: Write clear, engaging technical content — including documentation, internal guides, blog posts, and how-to materials that help teams and customers understand complex topics. Build proof of concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with leadership to evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and approaches before they go mainstream. Explore and experiment with the latest technologies — AI/ML tools, cloud-native infrastructure, developer tooling, or whatever's emerging in the space. Contribute to internal projects across their full lifecycle, from ideation and development all the way to production deployment and iteration. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders on real problems with real impact. What we're looking: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Comfortable writing code in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or similar). Strong written communication skills, you can explain a technical concept clearly to both engineers and non-engineers. Genuine curiosity about technology trends, you keep tabs on what's new and you're not afraid to try things that don't have tutorials yet. A bias toward action, you'd rather ship something imperfect and improve it than wait for perfect conditions. Bonus points: Prior internship, freelance, or open source experience — even side projects count. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with AI/ML tools or LLM APIs. Technical writing samples, a personal blog, or a GitHub portfolio you're proud of. Technologies you may work with: Python JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs Cloud Platforms AI / LLMs Docker Git & CI/CD Internal tooling. What you'll get: Direct exposure to leadership and strategic technology decisions from day one. Hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, not just grunt work. A sandbox to experiment with new tools and technologies with real organizational backing. Mentorship from experienced engineers and technologists.
