Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ytt.global, engaging us for consulting services, or enrolling in Project-TEC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
No Sale of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, for money or anything else, and we never will. We use it only to operate, maintain, and improve our services, including sharing it with providers who help us do that (like processing a payment or sending an email), never to sell it. Description of Services
YTT Global Services ("YTT Global," "we," "us") is a technology consulting firm. YTT Global is the parent brand and contracting entity behind everything below. Each product has its own identity, but YTT Global is who you're doing business with in every case.
- Consulting Services
- AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and custom software delivery engagements, each governed by a separate statement of work or service agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms for that engagement, the signed agreement controls.
- Project-TEC
- A paid technical training program delivered in cohorts (Agentic AI, Generative AI, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, Quantum Computing, and Python tracks), delivered online through the Project-TEC platform.
- HUINT
- A managed professional services offering (ytt.global/huint) that matches enterprise clients with vetted technical practitioners and a provisioned delivery environment. Submitting an engagement brief through HUINT is an inquiry, not a binding order. Any resulting engagement is governed by its own MSA/SOW, not these Terms.
- Synapse Console
- A separate SaaS product (synapse.ytt.global), built from the console YTT Global uses to run its own operations and made available to other businesses. Use of Synapse Console is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, published at synapse.ytt.global. These Terms apply only to your use of the ytt.global website itself (e.g. this page, marketing content, and any lead forms).
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of any of the above at any time.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Project-TEC account or make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Account roles (student, instructor, admin) determine what you can access within Project-TEC. Instructor and admin access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
Payments, Pricing & Currency
Project-TEC course prices are listed in INR or USD depending on your selected currency. INR pricing includes GST where applicable; USD pricing is exclusive of any taxes your jurisdiction may require you to pay directly. Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Razorpay); we do not store your full card or payment credentials.
Prices are subject to change, but a change will not affect an enrollment you've already paid for. Discount codes are subject to their own stated terms (validity window, usage limits, applicable tracks) and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Refunds & Cancellations
You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided the cohort you enrolled in has not yet started. Once a cohort has started, enrollments are not refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. To request a refund, contact us using the details in Contact Us.
Cohort Changes & Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule, combine, or cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a cohort you're enrolled in and cannot offer you a reasonable alternative cohort or track, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the refund window above.
Requests to transfer your enrollment to a different cohort or track are handled individually and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, videos, curricula, and platform content are owned by YTT Global or our licensors and are provided for your personal use while enrolled, not for commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post course materials without our written permission.
You retain ownership of coursework, projects, and code you personally author while enrolled. For consulting engagements, ownership of deliverables is governed by the applicable statement of work.
Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account or course access with anyone else
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Do not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to scrape or extract platform content in bulk
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without a refund.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Project-TEC is designed to build real, applicable skills, but completing a track or earning a certificate does not guarantee employment, a promotion, a salary outcome, or any other career result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, prior experience, and the job market.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTT Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Project-TEC will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Project-TEC, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk or liability for us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be pursued informally by contacting us directly; where informal resolution isn't possible, the dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If you're a consumer residing outside the United States, this section doesn't take away any consumer protection right you have under your home jurisdiction's law that can't be waived by contract.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes affecting active Project-TEC enrollees will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
